Title: The Beautiful Years Part V
Author: Annie Rose Welch
Genre:Contemporary/ Mafia Romance
Release Date: November 14, 2019
Cover Designer: Buoni Amici Press
Hosted by: Buoni Amici Press, LLC.
History books are written about why men go to war. Religion. Land. Oil. And the most dangerous reason of all—a woman, the kind worth risking your heart for. My wife, Scarlett Fausti, was that woman. She sparked a war amongst the world’s most dangerous men.
Enemies had attacked us from the inside, from the outside, thirsty for blood and ready to spill more for power. No one in our world could be trusted, except for a few. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
My adversaries were ready to see me on my knees. Only one person could bring me there, though—that woman, my wife. But as it’s been said, all’s fair in love and war, and to keep her alive, to keep her safe, I’d willingly fall at the feet of monsters.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Annie has a habit of shortening her words and telling long stories. She speaks with a southern flair and cooks with it too. At the tender age of twenty- one, she hitched up her wagons (took her first plane ride) and moved out west to the big shake (California). Her passion for writing began one sleepless night when she imagined a gorgeous woman and a man with maniacal hair floating above her like lightning bugs falling from the sky. Curious about them, their story, and why they were floating around in her head, she sat down and penned (typed) her first novel, Marigny Street. A dream come true for her, she hasn’t stopped writing since. She loves a damn good love story, always has, no matter what the genre. She is particularly moved by imperfect love that in its own unique way is perfect, the notion of love at first sight, soul mates, and things that are generally out of the norm.
When she’s not writing she enjoys dabbling in photography and finding new, inspirational music to add to her collection. She currently resides in Texas (where everything really is bigger) with her husband, daughter, and their three peculiar dogs, Boudreaux, Tabasco, and Vanna Loo (who, call her crazy, bark with an accent).

Today we have the blog tour for THE PRINCESS PROBLEM by Christi Barth! Check it out and grab your copy today!
The Princess Problem by Christi Barth is a slow burn that ignites with perfection as gloriously as the fireworks for the Queen’s Jubilee. There is nothing sweeter and more exciting than setting out to live your dreams and discovering that the life you imagined has to wait because you suddenly have what most little girls dream of but the one thing you can’t ever imagine. A world of yoga pants and denium are no match for the boutique gowns and designer shoes. Grab your scrunchies and get ready for a wardrobe change.
When Kelsey Wishner moves to New York City with her sister, her dreams are simple. One moment with an unexpected intruder will change everything. Unwilling to accept the facts, she will have minutes to prepare for a change in her plans. The land of Moncrian will attempt to provide clarity to secrets. Will she be able to trust anyone every again? What will she do when her heart betrays her in the most unexpected and daring way? Can she truly accept what has been discovered?
Elias has one job, to protect the crown and let nothing cloud his judgement and that means, no time for matters of the heart. If you’re looking for your next book boyfriend, Elias is brave, bold, charming and sexy. Living with honor he vows to make things right for his family and his best friend. The man is dreamy and willing to do whatever is necessary. Can he truly convince himself it’s only fun when he pursues Kelsey?
In a world where everything is scheduled and planned with purpose, Elias will discover that love doesn’t care what your agenda dictates or protocol mandates. Love is messy, complicated, and deliciously decadent when Christi is cleverly writing stories. Family expectations, love, duty and honor. So many fun details, rich dialogue and steamy sex scenes leave you begging for more. While this is the first book in the series, there is plenty to keep you entertained and glued to your favorite reading spot. I will never look at a pair of jeans without thinking about Elias ;).
Caution, this scorchin hot read may lead to unexpected need to turn on the A/C. I received an ARC from Inkslinger PR in exchange for a fair and honest review. I’m patiently waiting for the second installment in the Unexpectedly Royal series though if it magically appeared in my e-reader I wouldn’t say a word Christi Barth ;).
A fun and sexy adventure, Christi captures all the things you crave in a romance novel. What would you do if you discovered you might be Royal? Would you be so trusting? Title: Evanthia’s Gift (The Gift Saga, #1)
Author: Effie Kammenou
Genre: Womens Fiction/ Contemporary Romance
Hosted by: Buoni Amici Press, LLC.
Sophia Giannakos will settle for nothing less than the rare love her parents share. At a tender and impressionable age, she has found her soul mate in Dean, the boy she has known her whole life — until secrets and deceptions pull them apart. No stranger to heartache, Anastacia, Sophia’s mother, attempts to comfort her, without revealing ugly family truths that could haunt her daughter’s future.
In the year 1956, Anastacia, a former NYU student, finds herself in the challenging role of a single parent. Left with emotional wounds from a bad marriage, she is reluctant to trust and resists her growing feelings for Alexandros, an old acquaintance. But his persistence and unconditional love for Ana and her child is eventually rewarded and his love is returned. In a misguided, but well-intentioned effort to protect the ones they love, both Ana and Alex keep secrets — ones that could threaten the delicate balance of their family.
The story continues in the 1970’s, as their daughter attempts to negotiate between two cultures. Greek-American teenagers, Sophia and Dean, have shared a special connection since childhood. Although their desire for one another is undeniable, Dean resists her, rebelling against the pressure his father places on him to uphold his Greek heritage. When he can no longer fight his feelings, Dean asks Sophia to conceal their love. She hesitantly complies, until it becomes too much for her. Like her mother, Sophia loves with every fiber of her soul, leaving her shattered when Dean pulls away from his family, culture and ultimately his love for her, leaving her no choice but to find a life different than the one she’d hoped for.
Evanthia’s Gift is a multigenerational love story spanning fifty years and across two continents, chronicling the lives that unify two families.

Effie Kammenou is a believer that it is never too late to chase your dreams, follow your heart or change your career. She is proof of that. At one time, long ago, she’d thought that, by her age, she would have had an Oscar in her hand after a successful career as an actor. Instead, she worked in the optical field for 40 years and is the proud mother of two accomplished young women.
Her debut novel, Evanthia’s Gift, is a women’s fiction multigenerational love story and family saga, influenced by her Greek heritage, and the many real-life accounts that have been passed down. She continues to pick her father’s brain for stories of his family’s life in Lesvos, Greece, and their journey to America. Her interview with him was published in a nationally circulated magazine.
Evanthia’s Gift: Book One in The Gift Saga was a 2016 award finalist in the Readers Favorite Awards in the Women’s Fiction category. Waiting for Aegina is Book Two in The Gift Saga and Chasing Petalouthes is Kammenou’s latest release, completing the series.
Effie Kammenou is a first generation Greek-American who lives on Long Island with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not writing, or posting recipes on her food blog, cheffieskitchen.wordpress.com, you can find her entertaining family and friends or traveling for ‘research.’
As an avid cook and baker, a skill she learned from watching her Athenian mother, she incorporated traditional Greek family recipes throughout the books.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Arts from Hofstra University.

1. What is your favorite Thanksgiving tradition? Our favorite tradition is cuddling together on the couch after dinner and watching a holiday movie. The lead-time up to the dinner is hectic and once the bird is consumed and leftover put away, we get into our pj’s and just laugh and share popcorn over one of our fave movies.
2. How do you decorate your table and home? I am a Christmas overachiever so I keep my Thanksgiving decorations to a minimum. I love to splurge on a floral arrangement and I use linens with turkeys embroidered on them. Honestly, I keep it low key because the next day I enlist my whole family to help me decorate the house and my 6 trees for Christmas!
3. My favorite hostess gift is… If I’m the hostess – it is just the presence of a loved one. I don’t need anything. If I’m giving one – I usually give them a good bottle of wine or a mix to make spiced cider. Something that they can enjoy in a moment of downtime.
4. It’s time to pack up the leftovers, what do you do with all the food? Share it, use it for other yummy dishes or toss it?
My go-to for leftovers is a turkey pot pie and a shepherd’s pie. I use the leftover turkey, veggies and mashed potatoes – my family loves them both!
5. Black Friday shopping – on line fun, up early with a cup of java and a long list, or last minute shopper and don’t care about the sales? ONLINE! My Friday after is spent decorating my house, no time to go out shopping!
6. I am thankful for…
The health of me and my family. We are all in a good place and I will never take that for granted.

“Okay,” she conceded, raising her chin. “We’ll talk.” Those golden eyes took her in, assessed her. Slowly, he nodded. Then he stood up, buttoning the single button of his coat as if getting ready to leave.
Frustrated, she said, “But I thought we were going to talk.”
His eyes narrowed with a smirk as he walked around the table toward her. He tipped up her chin with a hot fingertip and searched her eyes. “You really think I’m going to trust your word, Princesa?” She could feel the warm puffs of his words against her lips. “Send the amended contract to my attorney. Tomorrow we’ll talk.” He nodded. “And since I’m feeling generous and you’ve already used up one night of your three, we’ll also do…whatever else you want to do. After we talk.”
His quick kiss was a surprise, barely a brush of skin and wine-spiced breath. Still it made her lips tingle.
Still it made her gasp a quick intake of breath. He heard her and rewarded her with his first real smile as he straightened.
His smile was glorious, a slow reveal of blinding white teeth and a dimple in his right cheek and laugh lines that pointed to eyes that seemed to glow just for her. His smile made her not care that he was laughing at her, that he’d palmed some of the power for himself and that he was gloating. His smile was beautiful, transforming her sullen, angry prince into a man who obviously felt joy enough to get laugh lines, a man who probably spent a lot of time smiling when she wasn’t around.
He turned his back on her and Roxanne watched his broad, tall silhouette leave, hands in his pockets, head probably already back in his greenhouse.
His smile—and the man himself, Roxanne was starting to realize—was very, very, very dangerous.

Previously published review here.
Angelina M. Lopez wrote “arthur” when her kindergarten teacher asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up. In the years since she learned to spell the word correctly, she’s been a journalist for an acclaimed city newspaper, a freelance magazine writer, and a content marketer for small businesses. At long last, she found her way back to “author.”
Angelina writes sexy, contemporary stories about strong women and the confident men lucky enough to fall in love with them. The fact that her parents own a vineyard in California’s Russian River Valley might imply a certain hedonism about her; it’s not true. She’s a wife and a mom who lives in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. She makes to-do lists with perfectly drawn check boxes. She checks them with glee.
Her first book, Lush Money, is available now from Carina Press. Her second book, Hate Crush, will be available June 2020. You can find more about her at her website, AngelinaMLopez.com and at @AngelinaMLo on Instagram and Twitter.

Meet The Author
Elizabeth Hayley is actually “Elizabeth” and “Hayley,” two friends who love reading romance novels to obsessive levels. This mutual love prompted them to put their English degrees to good use by penning their own. They learned a ton about each other through the process, like how they clearly share a brain and have a persistent need to text each other constantly. They live with their husbands and kids in a Philadelphia suburb. Thankfully, their children are still too young to read.
