Hook is the third book in the Men of Inked: Southside series and features Angelo Gallo.
This is a story of love, loss, and the process of finding it twice in a lifetime. What happens when your happy-ever-after is suddenly cut short and you’re not ready to give up on love? There is no formula for navigating loss. Finding one person to spend your entire with is easy, having a lifetime is a blessing. Chelle brings a tender story of how two souls will finally be able to mend and find love again. This story is a journey through tears, laughter, and a whole lotta sizzle.
Angelo and Tilly have lost the one they cherish the most, what will happen when they discover there is a possibility to have that spark twice in a lifetime? The chemistry between them is fresh, flirty, and full of memorable moments. Through family and friends, two people will discover that it’s possible to find a forever love twice in a lifetime.
While this is part of a series, Hook was the first book I read and I didn’t feel cheated, or lost. In fact, quite the opposite. From the first page there was witty dialogue, chemistry that burned slow, hot, and had all the feels. I will never look at frosting the same way ;).
It’s time to one-click the other books in this series and satisfy my craving for more of the Men of Ink. This spicy read is best enjoyed with your favorite iced-beverage, a cozy chair, and maybe a fan.
I received an ARC from Bare Naked Words for a fair and honest review.
