Wicked Wish (Wicked Horse Vegas, Book #2) by Sawyer Bennett is back and better than ever. What happens when the girl next door falls for her older brothers best friend? If he’s a member of The Wicked Horse it’s bound to be complicated. Hang on readers, this is not your typical friends to lovers story. It’s better.
Jorie Pearce if full of anger and feeling inadequate after her husband tossed her aside, is she really so bland and boring? Fueled with a desire to prove she’s not a failure a trip to The Wicked Horse with her best friend is the perfect solution. It’s the perfect place to cheer her up and leave her satisfied, for at least one night.
Walsh Brooks built his Vegas empire and whatever his desire is, it can be fulfilled in a nano second. A masked ball lends to the mystery in the place he loves the most. What will happen when he realizes the woman in his lair was the one woman he hasn’t let go of? A memorable night will shock them both, it was supposed to be anonymous. Oh, the tangled web they’ve found themselves in and one that will leave you planted in your cozy chair till the very last page.
Ten years is a long time for Walsh to keep his desire bottled up, especially when it involves his best friends little sister. One night at the Wicked Horse will change everything between Walsh and Jorie. Too many secrets that could destroy a chance at a future, will it stay hidden forever?
Walsh is not a man to reason with, he knows what he wants and will stop at nothing to have it. Jorie is no longer willing to sit and push her needs aside, and is not so easy to be put her in her place. No one, not even Walsh, will be able stop her. It’s absolutely electric.
Another home run for Sawyer Bennett. I love the characters journey in the Wicked Horse and the plot weaves in and out of the club. In a world where the limits are self guided, Jorie and Walsh will discover just how far they can go on their journey towards love. It’s time to take a ride, there is no map, and you have a full tank of gas. Buckle up, it’s going to be a wild ride!
While this book can be read as a standalone, I preferred to read it after consuming Wicked Fever and then one-click Wicked Wish. This spicy latte read is four peppers hot for full on, no holds barred sensuality and situations. It’s for mature readers 18+.
I received this book from the author for a fair and honest review.
Since the release of her debut contemporary romance novel, Off Sides, in January 2013, Sawyer Bennett has released multiple books, many of which have appeared on the New York Times, USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestseller lists.

Sawyer likes her Bloody Marys strong, her martinis dirty, and her heroes a combination of the two. When not bringing fictional romance to life, Sawyer is a chauffeur, stylist, chef, maid, and personal assistant to a very active daughter, as well as full-time servant to her adorably naughty dogs. She believes in the good of others, and that a bad day can be cured with a great work-out, cake, or even better, both.
Sawyer also writes general and women’s fiction under the pen name S. Bennett and sweet romance under the name Juliette Poe.
